Shipping & Delivery
Giant Elephant ships with USPS within the United States. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Please note that we currently ship from Antioch, Ca. The warehouse shipping date is determined by product availability. If you have ordered multiple items, please be advised that your order may have shipped in several boxes.
Privacy & Security
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. While making a purchase from Giant Elephant, you are given the option to create a user name and password. This user name and password functionality offers our customers the ability to quickly and easily proceed through the check out process on repeat visits. We do not store your credit card information as part of this optional service. There is also the option to receive our Email Newsletter updates. If you choose to receive these you should expect monthly HTML newsletter content to arrive at the email address you provided with your purchase.
Returns & Replacements
  • Returns/Exchangs:
    Unfortunately due to our constantly changing inventory, we may not be able to accommodate an exchanges. Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of order delivery date, products must be returned in condition received, with all tags attached.

  • How to make a return:
    Returns may be sent back using any mailing service you choose, it is recommended you take out insurance on your return, as Giant Elephant cannot be responsible for lost packages. Once you return is received, your return will be processed and refund will be issued directly back to the Card/Paypal account used. Please contact orders@giant-elephant.com

  • How long does it take:
    Once we have received you return, it will be processed in the next 1-2 days. After return processing stage is complete, and email confirmation of refund will be sent. Refunds can take up to 1-2 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your Bank/Credit card company.
  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions
    Giant Elephant accepts several methods of payment:
  • Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (issued in the U.S.*)
  • Debit Cards - Visa or MasterCard (issued in the U.S.*)
  • PayPal - Must be a U.S. account
